Fe-Jax Softgel Capsules

What is Fe-Jax 150?
Fe-Jax 150 is a medicine for people who have iron deficiency anemia — a condition where the body doesn’t have enough iron, leading to low red blood cells, tiredness, and weakness. It contains a special form of iron called iron polysaccharide complex. This type of iron is released slowly in the body, so it gets absorbed better and causes fewer stomach problems than regular iron supplements. Because its structure is similar to ferritin (the body’s natural iron storage protein), the body can use it more easily. This helps raise hemoglobin and ferritin levels quickly.

How does it help?

  • Provides high amounts of iron that the body can actually absorb and use

  • Causes very little stomach upset (like nausea, constipation, or stomach pain)

  • Helps raise hemoglobin (the oxygen-carrying part of red blood cells) and ferritin (stored iron) effectively

  • Reduces tiredness (fatigue), weakness, and other symptoms caused by low iron

  • The slow-release formula means you only need to take it as directed, making it easier to stick with your treatment

When is it used?
Doctors may recommend Fe-Jax 150 for:

  • Iron deficiency anemia – low iron levels causing fatigue, pale skin, and weakness

  • Pregnancy and lactation – when a mother needs extra iron for herself and her baby

  • Nutritional deficiencies – not getting enough iron from food

  • Chronic blood loss – ongoing blood loss (for example, from heavy periods or a bleeding ulcer)

  • Post-surgical recovery – to help rebuild iron stores after surgery

  • Patients requiring high-dose iron supplementation – people who need a strong, well-tolerated iron supplement

Note: Fe-Jax 150 is meant for long-term use and is generally well tolerated. However, always take it as recommended by your doctor. Iron supplements should be kept away from children, as overdose can be dangerous.
